At first my husband and I were looking for new construction houses I am very picky and Jackie didn’t seem to mind she understood that it was a big investment and understood when I wanted to pull out of a possible offering we ended up wanting land, so My husband and I were first time buyers when it came to finding land. She navigated us though all the things we needed to know, she has someone available when she wasn’t able to be there, answered our million questions and got us though and now we own a beautiful piece of land. Now when we are done with our build we will definitely go back to this wonderful sweet helpful women to sell our house! Glad I found someone I can trust whole I heartedly

I just bought a home with Jackie as my agent. There was an issue identified by the title company a day or two before we were set to record. We were able to close on the property in what was seemingly an impossible scenario with the title. Jackie even negotiated with the sellers on my behalf and was able to obtain a substantial payment as compensation for delays.
What I appreciated the most about working with Jackie was the amount of time she was willing to spend to keep me informed and give sound advice. I really doubt many agents would have been able to successfully close on our home, and her advice to us made that clear.
If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, don’t look further.

I wanted to get a feel for where the market is on my house currently and was not sure how to really navigate it because we recently added an additional dwelling unit and expanded our current home for more square footage. I spoke with Brittanie and she ran all the current numbers on my home to give me a better idea of where my homes value is with all of the updates and additions we added. I am very pleased with how quickly she got this over to me as well as her professionalism and friendly attitude. When it is time to sell my home I will definitely be using Brittanie and her team! I recently put my home up for sale. Jackie was my realtor when I bought this home, so I called her when I decided to sell. I’m 72 and am moving to Arizona so I can play for the rest of my years. I could not have asked for a more professional and attentive team than Jackie and Brittany. We had to sell it twice because of a fraudulent action on the first buyers team that J&B were able to uncover. They saved me a lot of grief. Then they sold it again and today I have the money in the bank to pay off my new home in Az. I cannot say enough good about them. Jacky is an amazing real estate agent. She sold my house for me in February 2023. After signing a contract within days, she had my house listed and within a week she had an open house and was already showing my home.
